One spritz goes a very long way and can comfortably scent a room up to 15-20 sq. ft.. Use an additional spritz if necessary. Here's a little secret, spray one spritz in front of a fan and let it spread throughout your space faster, then you can turn off the fan after the scent has been evenly dispersed.

CAN I REFILL THE BOTTLE WHEN IT'S RUNNING LOW?
No, you should not add any ingredients to the bottle, even when it's running low. You run the risk of weakening the preservative, causing mold to grow in the bottle, and that's very bad for your health and can make you sick or kill you.

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. - 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3 - 5 business days of payment.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
All orders are shipped from our facility in New York.
We are also working on shipping internationally, and should have that option ready soon.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
